This privacy notice covers personal data processed by Mediseo AI in the course of running mediseo.es and its services. We aim to keep this short, plain, and accurate.

Who we are
Mediseo AI is a Swedish-founded studio with three offices — Málaga (Spain), Sandefjord (Norway), Stockholm (Sweden). The data controller is Mediseo AI.

What we collect and why
Contact form: name, email, company, budget range, message. Used solely to respond to your enquiry. Retained for 12 months then deleted.
Newsletter: email address. Used to send the weekly Growth Hub email. You can unsubscribe at any time. Retained until you unsubscribe.
Site analytics: Vercel Web Analytics — privacy-first, no cookies, no IP storage, aggregated page views only. We also use Google Search Console to understand search performance; it processes query data in aggregate, not at individual user level.
Server logs: IP, user agent, timestamp — retained 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Form submissions: stored in an internal log for 90 days for quality assurance, then deleted.

Consent — newsletter. You can withdraw by clicking unsubscribe in any email.
Your rights (GDPR)
Access, rectify, or delete your personal data — email hei@mediseo.no and we will act within 30 days.
Withdraw consent for the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link.
Lodge a complaint with the Spanish AEPD or your national supervisory authority.
Subprocessors
Vercel — hosting and privacy-first analytics (EU/US, GDPR SCCs). Vercel Web Analytics collects no personal identifiers.
Google LLC — Google Search Console (processes search query data in aggregate; no cookies set by us). Subject to Google's privacy policy.
Resend — transactional email delivery (EU region, GDPR-compliant).
Calendly — call booking (US, GDPR SCCs). Their privacy policy applies when you use the booking widget.
Google Sheets (optional) — form submissions may be logged to a private Google Sheet for internal use. Data is not shared with third parties.
Data retention
Contact form submissions: 12 months.
Newsletter subscribers: until unsubscription.
Analytics: aggregated/anonymised, 13 months rolling (Vercel default).
Server logs: 30 days.
