You may use mediseo.es for personal and non-commercial review of our services. You may not scrape it for resale, mirror it, or use the content to train models without written permission.

Automated scraping, bots, and AI training use of content is prohibited without written consent.

We provide the site as-is, without warranty of fitness for any specific purpose.

Mediseo AI provides digital marketing, SEO, web development, AI implementation, and advertising management services to business clients.

Services are delivered under a Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed at engagement start.

All pricing, deliverables, and timelines are set out in Statements of Work (SOWs) referencing the MSA.

Mediseo AI is not a registered financial adviser. Any forecasts or performance estimates (e.g. ad ROI, traffic projections) are indicative and not guarantees.

All copy, code, brand assets, and visual design on this site are owned by Mediseo AI. You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution.

Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in the SOW.

For one-time projects, a 50% deposit is required before work starts; the remaining 50% is due on delivery/sign-off.

Monthly services are billed in advance on the 1st of each month.

Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No penalties.

One-time projects: the deposit is non-refundable if work has started. The final payment is not due until the client approves the deliverable.

Our liability for the website itself is capped at €100. For service engagements, the cap is whatever we agreed in the MSA.
